  • A Note On Pet Clothing:
    All pet clothing is available in multiple sizes. Please Make Sure To Measure Your Pet Carefully and Accurately. Always use the measurements in the product description for the item you would like to order, as these measurements might vary from product to product. For Example: Your dog might measure to be a size Large in a Hawaiian Shirt, but might only measure out to be a Medium in a Jacket. We want your pet clothing to fit great, so they feel great!   • I Added Items To My Cart, How Do I Find The Checkout?
    You can check out at any time through a product page. The Buy Now button takes you to the checkout process. You can also access the checkout through the mini cart pop-up on the right side screen. (Mini cart opens when items are added to the cart. Mini cart only opens on website, not mobile site.) If you are on a different page, but you've added items to your cart and you're ready to checkout, just click the shopping bag icon at the top of the page in the menu and it will take you to the checkout page. The Shopping Bag Icon will show you how many items are waiting for you at check out. You will find the icon at the top of the page, on the main menu, on both website and mobile site. Clicking this icon/button will take you directly to the checkout process.
  • Where Can You Ship To?
    At this time, we can only ship products within the 48 continental United States. We cannot ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or outside the U.S.
  • How Are My Products Being Shipped?
    Each product may ship independently, by different shipping methods, with differing shipping times, due to different suppliers for our products. Most products are shipped from the United States. On each product page, at the bottom of the product descriptions, it will be in BOLD LETTERING: the expected shipping method and time for delivery, or how long you should expect to wait to receive the item, and if there are any ordering restrictions, such as no P.O. Box Deliveries, or max quantities allowed. A few items in our store may be shipped from other countries, requiring a longer delivery waiting time. Once ordered, we have no control over the delivery timing, method, or carrier service. All products will be shipped to the address given by you, so be sure everything is correct before your order is finalized. Refunds will not be issued for wrong addresses entered, or for packages returned to shipper due to incorrect address. All completed orders are sent (by email) a tracking number to track your order while you wait. If you cannot find the email, check your "SPAM" or "JUNK" folder, as your email may not recognize the sending party email.     When you sign up to be a member, you get all the benefits! Your own personal, private account page, where you can save your favorite products and keep your preferred payments and shipping address safely saved for future use. You can access Members Only discounts, coupons, sales, blogs, downloads, and more. You can personalize your page with photos, look at your order status, and keep your rewards saved for future purchases. Did You Say Rewards? As a new member, you will first receive $5.00 spending money, good towards any product on our site. Then you have the opportunity to get more rewards with our referral program, only available to members. Rewards are saved on your profile for you automatically, so you don't have to search through your emails to find that code! We Respect Your Inbox We give you first peek at sales and specials, new products and blogs, notify you of your purchases and payments, future events, and news. However, it's not our intention to overwhelm you. As a member of Hike Her World, we respect your inbox and give you full control of your notification settings right on your account page. You choose which notifications you want! Coming Soon . . . We will be adding more to the membership as we grow.   • You're A Hiking Site - Why don't you offer Hiking Boots or Shoes on Your Site?
    Hike Her World does not offer shoes or hiking boots, because we believe this is an item that should be purchased in person. An important piece of gear on any trail; however, this is personal to everyone, as we all fit a little bit differently. It's best to consult with a professional in person so you get a foot measurement, ask detailed questions and compare products side-by-side. A really great fit matters!!   • The Item I Ordered Was Received Damaged / Defective - What Do I Do?
    Please keep all packaging and immediately take clear photos and/or video proof of all damage or defective parts. It is the customer's responsibility to contact Hike Her World and request a return/refund, to prove the item was damaged by transit, shipping, or delivery, or was received damaged in original packaging (defective), as soon as possible after receiving. Although damaged, the item must be new, unused, and retain all original packaging and tags, as you may be required to ship the damaged/defective item back within 30 days of receipt to receive a refund. Used items will not be accepted. If your return/refund is accepted, you will be notified by email and will receive a return shipping label. In some cases, your item may be replaced instead of refunded.
  • The Size I Received Doesn't Fit. Can I Return or Exchange It?
    Well, that depends. . . If you receive the size as ordered on your invoice, we can NOT exchange or refund the item. Hike Her World does their best to inform shoppers of sizes and measurements on every item. If you received a size different than ordered on your invoice, we CAN exchange or refund the item. It is the customer's responsibility to request a refund or replacement and prove the item received is different from the item ordered.
  • I Don't Like The Color I Received - Can I Return It?
    We are sorry, but we cannot accept returns or issue refunds on items for Non-Defective, Remorse, or for reasons outside of control, such as color. Please note: Colors may look different on a monitor or screen than in person. Monitor and lighting settings may change the color appearance of a product online, and therefore, may look slightly different than expected. Some suppliers may substitute a color for an item ordered when the color requested is out of stock, instead of delaying the order. In some cases, you may receive an email that the requested color is out of stock, and you will be given the option to choose another color or cancel your order, within a time limit to reply. If no reply is received by the time limit, a color is chosen for you and the order sent out timely. After the order is sent out, or the time limit is over, we cannot change your order.
  • Why Wasn't I Charged Sales Tax?
    As stated in our Terms of Use Agreement: Hikeherworld is located in Oregon, USA. Hikeherworld does not have a sales tax liability in the state of Oregon, and therefore, has no obligation to collect sales taxes on behalf of any other state. If you are a purchaser outside of Oregon, and your state imposes a sales and/or use tax, you are solely responsible for any taxes owed for any purchase made through this website, and are obligated to pay these taxes to your state.
